To register with betj9, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account.
• If a single individual is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• Multiple accounts found on the same device, IP address, or payment method will be investigated.
• betj9 reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account.

The betj9 platform is only for individuals aged 21 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. betj9 reserves the right to verify age at any time.

3.1 Grounds for Ineligibility

The following individuals are not eligible to use betj9:

• Those under the age of 21.
• Residents of regions where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Those whose accounts have previously been permanently closed by betj9.
• Employees of betj9 or their immediate family members.

3.2 Age Verification

betj9 may request age verification through a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

betj9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New registrants will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met.

• The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not allowed.
• Bonus balance and cash balance are tracked separately.

4.2 VIP Cashback Program

betj9's VIP program has three tiers. Players will move up tiers based on their activity:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver Tier: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Cashback will be credited to the relevant user's account every Monday. The cashback amount is directly withdrawable and has no additional wagering requirements.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• betj9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• A minimum bet amount applicable to each bonus offer may be set.
• Combining multiple bonuses at the same time may not be possible — please refer to the specific offer's terms.

betj9 supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Use the correct payment details and reference number when making a deposit.
• Deposits must be made only from an account in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may need to be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if wagering requirements on bonuses have not been met.

5.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and fees from the bank or payment provider may be charged.

6.1 Validity of Bets

• A bet is considered valid only after it has been successfully confirmed.

6.3 Erroneous Odds and Quotes

If incorrect odds or quotes are displayed due to technical reasons or human error, betj9 reserves the right to cancel that bet. In such cases, the full bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betj9 platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7.1 Fraud and Deception

• Registering using a false identity or information.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Abusing the bonus system or "bonus hunting".
• Using unauthorized software or bots on any game or betting system.

7.2 Collusion and Match Fixing

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation.
• Betting using insider information.

7.3 Money Laundering

Using the betj9 platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified and the account will be suspended immediately.

betj9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• Unusual or suspicious activity.
• Request from law enforcement agencies.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

8.2 Consequences of Permanent Closure

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned in accordance with the rules, however if evidence of prohibited activity is found, all balances will be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
